Christ's love for us......

"To show His love, Christ died for us. To show our love, we must must live for Him."
            
                     Christ gave up His only son to die on the cross because of His unconditional love for us. He put Himself through agony and torment for us. He payed for our sins. We can never truly do anything to fully repay Him, but one thing we can do is to fully devote our lives to Him and doing His work.
     

        

Our Anchor holds.......

"The storms of our life prove the strength of our anchor."
            The Lord is our strength when we are weak. By letting Him be our anchor, even the toughest of situations in life will not phase us; because we will be trusting in Him that He will take care of us. The Lord never lets something happen to us that He does not want to happen. Often times He will put us through hard times to test us to see if we are really trusting in Him. Psalms 27:1 "The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?"
